No league team can do without proper fitness and the fitness coach is also part of the coaching team. We asked the A-team's fitness coach Miroslav Mikšíček what he is responsible for.
"It used to be mainly about running kilometres, long distances in the woods somewhere. Back then they focused on aerobic endurance. Today, on the other hand, it's very much about strength, speed, dynamics. Those are the attributes we focus on as well, because we need to have a well-prepared team. Our football is based on that," says Mikšiček.
